We decided to make mini bundt cakes for our friends and teachers for Valentine's Day. The kids decorated little cake boxes and we made red velvet, and chocolate, chocolate chip. They turned out SOOOO cute, and even more yummy. It was so much fun that it's going to be our new Valentine's Day tradition.

OK, I need to get a mini bundt pan. That way I can give most of it away instead of having a whole dang nothing bundt cake sitting in my house when I'm craving it. They look really cute!
