We decided we needed to get out of Concord for the day so we took the kids to Pier 39 in San Francisco. We barked at the sea lions, ate at In-N-Out, and made the ever important stop to get saltwater taffy. On the way home we went to IKEA and let Mitch play in the childcare place while we shopped. Catherine slept soundly in her stroller through the shopping experience and woke up just in time to confiscate Mitchell's ice cream cone.
