Catherine: Mom, when I'm a grown up I still want to live in this house with you, ok?
Mom: Sure Cath, you can live here as long as you want.
Mitchell: I think when I'm a grown up I'll probably just buy the house on our street that is for sale. Then I can live really close to you.
Cath: That's a good idea; I think I'll buy a house on our street too.
Mitch: Catherine, there probably won't be any houses left for you in our city. You'll probably have to go live in Utah.
Cath: NOOOOOOOOOOO
This was followed by lots of screaming, wailing and crying.

That cracks me up! So the one for sale will still be there for Mitch, but nothing for Cath? Hilarious! You should remind Mitchell that he will go on a mission, so Cath will probably actually get married before him...
