Conversations

The other day I was listening to Mitchell and Catherine and I overheard the following exchange:

Catherine: (totally serious) Mitchell, you know all about everything, don't you?

Mitchell: (a little pleased with himself) Well, I don't know everything. There are some things I don't know about.

Catherine: What things don't you know about?

Mitchell: (very serious) Well, I don't know about abracadabra things, and I don't know mad science.

Catherine: Oh, okay.

I had to force myself not to laugh out loud. Those are the only two things he doesn't know everything about, and she completely believes he is the authority on everything. She is constantly telling me, "No mom, you're wrong. Mitchell said...." I love it!
