We have joined the swim team for the summer and the kids are loving it. We go every weekday, yes every day for the whole summer. I decided it would be a good way to actually get me out of the house this summer. Mitchell has been working really hard. At the beginning of the summer he was scared to even put his face in the water, now he prefers to be underwater looking at things. He has to complete seven steps to be able to compete at meets with the rest of the team. He is currently at step four. It's amazing to see his progression. He can actually swim, but is still really liking having that noodle tied around him. Hopefully he'll give that up soon. His favorite part is diving for rings that his coaches will throw out.
