At the end of July we started soccer season. These photos are from opening day. Mitchell's team is the jedi-ninjas and Catherine's was the blue sharks. If you look closely you can see her pig tails flying. I say her team WAS the blue sharks, because she has since quit the team. I think four was a little young to start playing, and among other things, she wasn't entirely pleased about wearing "boy clothes." I decided rather than force her to go the rest of the season and risk her hating soccer forever, we'll wait another year and try again. Mitchell has been having tons of fun this season and was lucky enough to be on a team with all boys from his school. It made it really nice when he started at the new school and already had several friends to play with at recess. Catherine is having fun playing with all of the little sisters of Mitchell's teammates. Fortunately there are four of them all the same age. They will all start kindergarten next year together too.
