As part of the family reunion in Alabama, we went to see a really cool cave outside of Huntsville. The photos really don't do it justice, because my camera doesn't do well in low light. There were beautiful formations throughout the cave. It was a little more than a mile to walk in all the way, and the same out. They had the whole thing paved with a wide sidewalk, for easy stroller access. Mitchell loved it. It felt like we stepped onto another planet. It was 90 and 90% humidity outside, but a constant 50 degrees inside. It was so nice to be in the cool weather for a little while. If you notice, there is a cloud above the entrance to the cave that is constantly there because of the hot air meeting the cool air. It was a really fun day.
