On Tuesday, we stayed pretty close. We went to nearby Balboa Peninsula and had lunch on a little restaurant on a pier. We let the kids play in the waves, and soaked up some sun. It was a prefect day for the beach. Mitchell and Catherine loved the water, and James was all about digging. Each afternoon we had to do a lot of homework, but it was worth it for all the fun we had.
