Here is our troop's raingutter regatta. It was a highly dissappointing night for Mitch, and I think several other boys. He underestimated how difficult it would be to blow the boat quickly, but evenly and not too much. I think he had visions of winning the huge trophy. Practice makes perfect, so we'll be better prepared for next year. I think we decided straws would be the best, becauce the boys couldn't resist getting too close to the boat and thereby slowing it down. It was a lot of fun though; I never experienced any cub scout related things as a child, and I'm really glad Mitchell is involved. He's loving it!
