While in Utah, Lisa gave me a fun BYU cookbook, which we love, by the way. Interestingly, James found a recipe inside for some BYU themed cupcakes with cream cheese filling. He talked and talked about how he would have BYU cupcakes for his birthday, so I made sure he did. He was too cute, and very excited about it all. He always seems so excited when he is suddenly the focus of everything; he sort of just soakes it all in. That's what comes with being one of three, I guess.
